Inori is a little girl who dreams of becoming a figure skater. Yet, the obstacles to this dream feel insurmountable: Inori's already 'too old' (she's 11); she's always had trouble at school; and, worst of all, her older sister's skating dreams ended in failure, so her mother is dead set against putting her other daughter through a similar experience. Still, the rink is the only place Inori can be herself, and she's out on the ice when a fateful meeting takes place. Tsukasa, a frustrated coach on the edge of giving up competitive skating himself, will join Inori to form an unstoppable duo powered by hard work, transcendent joy, and an unshakeable belief that they can prove everyone wrong.

Kaboku's growing confidence as a dancer and his deepening friendship with Iori inspire him to branch out and try breakdancing. He and Wanda head for the park where the local B-Boys practice, and they seem to make a real impression. Gaku Kabeya is the one breaker who seems above it all, and if he acts a little arrogant, maybe it's because he's really, really good at what he does. He thinks Kabo has what it takes to be a great breakdancer, but will Kabeya's history with Iori get in the way of the two of them being friends?
(W/A) Coffee
The dance competition continues, with Wanda squaring off against a young man who tries to taunt her into making a mistake. She manages to stand her ground, and the sight of Wanda dancing once again sparks something inside of Kabo that cements how he feels about dancing-and Wanda. As he faces his own insecurities in the contest, Kabo comes to a realization about how he needs to approach his dancing. Will it be enough to save him from defeat at the hands (and feet, and arms, and whirling torsos...) of more experienced dancers? And he's not the only one who has some soul-searching to do; after being pitted against a talented friend, Iori will have to dig deep and find a style that's uniquely his own if he wants to step and prove that he has what it takes to challenge Assay.
(W/A) Coffee
While Wanda pursues a part in Assay's dance showcase, Kabo will have to decide whether he wants to forge ahead with hip-hop, or if the siren call of breakdancing will make him part of Kabe's circle. He'd better choose fast though, because there's an all-B-Boy competition coming up, and Kabe wants Kabo to partner with him-but only if he can polish his breakdancing basics before the battle! Meanwhile, Kabo isn't the only one facing his own insecurities-On-chan reveals she has her own bouts of self-doubt and shows Kabo her secret to dealing with them. Meanwhile, Wanda throws herself into the showcase, but will she be able to prove herself among Assay's handpicked dancers, or will she discover that the big star of a backwaters high school is just another face in the crowd when it comes to the wider world of dance?
(W/A) Coffee
Kabo and Kabe show up for their B-Boy battle, where figuring out a team name is only the first of their problems. They soon find themselves running into old friends, old antagonists-and at least one fearsome dancer who seems to have it out for Kabe? If he and Kabo are going to make it to the top of the contest, they'll have to figure out how to understand each other on the fly, or they might just get buried in the first round! Meanwhile, in Tokyo, Wanda is turning heads at Assay's showcase practice, and earning more than a little jealousy along the way. But when her fellow dancers see how devoted she is to her craft, they begin to open up to her, and new friendships seem like they could start to bloom?

It's almost time to pick the team for the Dance Arena contest, but Kabo finds his heart is elsewhere. Ichirin isn't the only school with their eye on this contest, eitherdancers from around the country are getting ready for a showdown that might just propel some of them to new heights!

Kabo is at the Dance Arena regional prelims, but he's not in them, and it hurts when he realizes he wishes he were. If he wants to be on the stage, he'll have to prove he belongs there, to both himself and his fellow dancers. Wanda comes up with a uniquely Wanda way of encouraging him-and whether she knows it or not, she might just help On-chan, too. Speaking of On-chan, being the president of a dance club comes with a lot of pressure, and On-chan is struggling to come up with a solution that will satisfy all her teammates. But is that even possible?
(W/A) Coffee
With the Dance Arena Chubu Regional Qualifiers behind them, the Ichirin dance club's attention turns to the upcoming school festival, where the dance club always gives a performance. Kabo agrees to join Iori in a house routine, and he's got his heart set on performing with Wanda, too. When they put their heads together, though, they find common ground surprisingly hard to come by. (W/A) Coffee
Kabo keeps working on his routines for the school festival with Wanda and Iori. But when a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity comes up for Wanda, will she prioritize Kabo and their dance for the school festival, or the chance to boost her career? And what will Kabo make of her choice? The festival is a chance for Kabo to perform-and maybe show off-in front of a real audience of his peers, yet it leaves him pondering if that's really what he wants, and what it means to the heart and soul of his dancing. When Kabo asks himself who he's dancing for, the answer could change everything...
