Rising Stars of Manga is an anthology featuring the winners of TOKYOPOP's annual national Rising Stars of Manga contest. The talent search receives thousands of entries from writers and artists of all ages who have been inspired by manga and anime. Ten winners then have their work published in a nationally distributed graphic novel. The contest serves as a resource for up-and-coming talent for future TOKYOPOP endeavors.
