For years the mysterious Wolverine has remembered only contradictory slivers of his past, recollections of his long life disrupted by terrible traumas, faked memory implants and his own mutant powers. Now, his true memories restored in the wake of House of M, Wolverine wrestles with assembling the shattered fragments of his life while seeking retribution against those who formerly manipulated him. It is a brutal quest which takes him from the White House to the jungles of Vietnam, and will see him facing the psychotic Super-Soldier Nuke, fellow Avenger Captain America and his long-lost teammates, the X-Men.
