Ran and her Gal pals ring in the New Year, a year that will prove to be full of fun and games as well as change and pain. After Miyu's mother refuses to pay her high school tuition, Miyu and the perpetually poor Ran try to find part-time jobs. Even as the Gals are about to enter their second year of high school, they face the possibility of being split up.
