(W) Roy Thomas Rulah first appeared in Zoot Comics #7 back in June 1947 and she's generally regarded as being the brainchild of Matt Baker and, some time later, Jack Kamen and Ghastly Graham Ingels. Hey, what's not to like, right? Collects All Top #8-18 (Nov 1947-1949) as well as Tegra/Zegra issues #1-5 (August 1948 to April 1949) and Alani (Seven Seas Comics) Issues #1-6 (1946-1947).
