With all of the excitement surrounding the culture festival, Masago didn't study at all for her tests. So, when the spirit of her brother Shiro offers to take the tests for her, she lets him. Now that Masago has perfect scores in every class, her teacher suggests she run for student council. Unfortunately, not everyone thinks this is a good idea and Masago becomes a target!
