Always alert to new rumors of incidents involving demons, he hears about a peculiar case of street murders while eating at his usual soba shop. He goes to investigate at once, but what awaited him there was a demon who could make himself invisible. Faced with Jinya and his demon strength, the stranger cries innocence-Is there really something else afoot in Edo?

As Jinya investigates the cause, it seems someone known as Magatsume is secretly responsible, but who could they be? And what do they want?
